The location was exceptionally nice - just off the centre of town, surrounded by other bars and restaurants. Shower facilities, a hair dryer, and free toiletries were very handy.

Location: the hotel was right by the town centre, Herentals and shops and train station. Liked food at De Noen, it's just a short stroll away from the venue. We stayed in a spacious and functional room that had an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. There was variety of outstanding meals

The hotel is conveniently located just outside the main center, making it easily accessible. the rooms were big and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. the staff were super friendly and efficient, providing helpful service. the breakfast was good and plentiful. the hotel also had a bar on the ground floor, perfect for late drinks and snacks. the manager's gesture of providing a key to a lock-up garage for our motorcycles was greatly appreciated.
The elevator was small and cramped.

The hotel was conveniently located in the city center, close to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. It was also just a short walk from the train station. The room was spacious and the bathroom was also a good size. They cleaned the room daily and changed the bed linens and towels. the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, including cereals, croissants, breads, omelette.
The staff could have been more communicative and the elevator needed some maintenance. It would have been helpful if they explained how to use the shower tab.

Guests are never far from unique shops and excellent restaurants. the spacious rooms are cleaned and refreshed each day. They offer comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and ample space to move around. Breakfast is a highlight with a selection of fresh and tasty options to kick-start your day.
Getting to the hotel by car can be problematic due to a lack of parking options nearby.

Christmas at this hotel was a delightful experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of the town center, we had easy access to all the Christmas markets and festivities. the room itself was beautifully decorated and cozy, with all the necessary amenities provided. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread each morning, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from.
the hotel did not have its own parking facilities and we had to find parking in the nearby public areas, which were limited and often crowded due to the Christmas market.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Secondly, the rooms were surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and clean. I loved having both a window and a balcony, as it allowed for plenty of natural light. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was very central, making it easy to explore the town and be close to restaurants and the train station. Additionally, it was conveniently close to the GMM festival, which was a huge bonus for us.
Not a single aspect of our stay was less than satisfactory.

It's a great location, easy to explore and walking distance from the hustle and bustle of the town. The staff was very friendly and always went the extra mile to help you. The highlight of my stay had to be the delicious breakfast and the comfortable beds.
There was no on-site parking available, so I had to park on the street and it was a bit of a hassle. It was especially inconvenient when the market was in full swing on a Friday, as it made parking even more scarce.

the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and we struggled to sleep well.
